Each installment is due by the first of the month.

What are your application requirements?

We require a minimum credit score of 600 (or guarantor), an income 3x the rent (or guarantor), and a criminal screening. We also consider your eviction history.

How much is the security deposit?

Each security deposit is typically the same as one month's installment.

How much of the security deposit is refundable?

Typically the entire security deposit is refundable, minus any damage or outstanding charges.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, $25/per person.

What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?

Application fees are due upon application completion, the security deposit is due upon lease signing, and the first month's installment is due upon move-in.

How can I pay my rent? What forms of payment are acceptable?

Rent can be paid online via e-check or credit/debit card. Payment can also be made via mail or in person via money order or check. Cash is not accepted.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments?

Late fees will be applied to all overdue charges.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes. Details are included in the lease document.

Are utilities included?

Yes, for an additional fee of $20/mo/person.

Are the apartments furnished?

Our West Hall and Deans Hall locations are furnished. Meyer Hall and Symons Hall are typically unfurnished. Contact the property for more details.

Are corporate rentals available?

Please contact the property if you would like more information on our corporate rentals and availability.

Under what circumstance can a landlord terminate your lease?

Please see your lease document for lease termination.

Can the apartment be listed on AirBnB?

No. Any and all occupants must be on the lease agreement.

Can the apartment be sublet?

Yes. Please contact the property for subletting information.

How often is there a rent increase?

Rent increases may be applied upon the start of the renewal lease.

What are hours of the leasing office?

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

What property amenities are included?

Student lounges are located in each wing of Deans Hall and West Hall. Symons Clubhouse is open to all Campus View tenants.

How do I get my packages?

Packages are kept in the Community Assistant office. Please contact the office to pick up your packages.

I have a noise complaint. Who do I contact?

Please contact the tenant responsible for the noise complaint first. If this does not resolve the issue, contact the property immediately.

What is the smoking policy?

No smoking within 25 feet of any Campus View buildings.

I need emergency maintenance. Who do I call?

Please call the property on-call phone.

I have a non-emergency maintenance issue. Who do I contact?

Please submit a work order online via your resident portal.

Do you allow pets?

No pets are permitted in Deans Hall and West Hall.

Is there a fee or permit required for parking?

Not at this time.

Yes! 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Sunday-Thursday, 12:00 AM-7:00 AM Friday-Saturday

What decorations or changes to the apartment are prohibited?

Alterations to the apartment are prohibited. Please use drywall-safe items when hanging decorations.

Can residents put personal grills on their patios?

Personal grills are not permitted on the property. Please use the park grills provided.

What is the procedure for moving out?

Please see your lease agreement for a proper move-out notice. Upon moving out, your apartment must be restored to move-in condition. All keys and forwarding addresses must be turned in to the main office.
